Policies & Guidelines

As everyone’s safety is our number one priority when using our facility, it’s important to follow our policies and guidelines at all times.

  1. Everyone attending training classes must sign a waiver for yourself and for your children (if under 18 years old). Even if you are just observing. Waivers are online during booking. Waivers for children are on hand at our facility.

  2. Dogs must remain on leash, and the leash held in the handler’s hand at all times unless told otherwise by one of our trainers or staff.

  3. Anyone not handling a dog in class may watch from our viewing area but are not allowed on the training floor at anytime during class. Only one handler per dog on the training floor.

  4. All participants handling a dog in class must be 16 years or older.

  5. Children under 14 years old may watch classes from our mezzanine viewing area, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years or older. This must be someone other than the person handling the dog in class. Children are not allowed in our training area at any time during classes!

  6. Any dog showing aggression – growling, barking, lunging, or attempting to bite another dog or person in class, must wear a basket-style muzzle during class. No slip-on nylon style muzzles. You must provide a muzzle for your dog and it must be on the dog before you enter the facility.

  7. Dogs cannot be left tied out or otherwise unattended for any period of time during class unless told otherwise by one of our trainers or staff. You may utilize our crates/pens IF your dog is crate trained, if you need to run to your vehicle or use the bathroom.

  8. Your dog may use our front and back potty areas, but YOU must pick up after your dog or you will be asked to leave. Cleaning up after your dog is your responsibility! There is zero tolerance for those who do not respect our premises or this policy.

  9. Anyone seen hitting, kicking, or abusing their dog in any way, will be asked to leave – permanently.

  10. Female dogs in heat are not allowed anywhere in the facility at any time. We ask that they are two weeks clear from their heat cycle before they may return.

  11. No sick dogs. If your dog is on medication for an infection or has vomited or had diarrhea less than 24 hours before class or daycare DO NOT bring your dog! If your dog has an infestation of any kind - fleas, ticks, lice, worms…do not bring them to class or daycare! Please let us know immediately if your dog does have anything contagious, so we can alert our clients.

  12. Please wear solid shoes (running shoes) if you will be handling the dog during class.  No sandals, flip flops open toed shoes or sock/barefeet of any kind are permitted in the training area.  NO OUTDOOR SHOES! If it is snowing or raining you will be asked to remove your outdoor shoes upon entering the building. Bring a spare pair of shoes to class!

Thank you for your cooperation.

Anyone who does not adhere to our policies and guidelines will be asked to leave.

Policies and Guildelines may be updated at any time. Please revisit this page from time to time for updates.
